1. บริการ
1. The service
KruaDee เป็นระบบขายหน้าร้าน (POS) และหลังบ้านสำหรับร้านอาหาร ให้บริการแบบสมัครสมาชิกผ่านเว็บและแอปบนแท็บเล็ต
KruaDee is a point-of-sale and back-office system for restaurants, provided as a subscription via the web and a tablet app.

เจ้าของร้านเป็นผู้สร้างบัญชีพนักงานและรับผิดชอบการใช้งานทุกบัญชีในร้านของตน รวมถึงรหัส PIN ของพนักงานและอุปกรณ์ที่จับคู่ไว้
The shop owner creates staff accounts and is responsible for every account, PIN and paired device in their shop.

แพ็กเกจฟรีใช้ได้ตลอดโดยมีข้อจำกัดด้านจำนวนพนักงาน สาขา และอุปกรณ์ แพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินคิดค่าบริการรายเดือน ชำระล่วงหน้าโดยการโอนเงินและอัปโหลดสลิป เมื่อระยะเวลาที่ชำระสิ้นสุด บัญชีจะกลับไปใช้ข้อจำกัดของแพ็กเกจฟรีโดยอัตโนมัติ — ข้อมูลไม่สูญหายและร้านยังขายต่อได้
The free plan is free for good, limited by seats, branches and devices. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by bank transfer. When a paid period ends the account falls back to free-plan limits; no data is lost and the shop keeps trading.

ข้อมูลการขาย เมนู และพนักงานเป็นของร้าน ร้านสามารถส่งออกข้อมูลและปิดบัญชีได้เองจากหน้าตั้งค่า เมื่อปิดบัญชี การลงชื่อเข้าใช้ใหม่จะถูกระงับทันที ส่วนเซสชันที่ลงชื่อเข้าใช้ค้างไว้ ทั้งเบราว์เซอร์และแท็บเล็ต จะหยุดทำงานภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และเราจะหยุดประมวลผลข้อมูลของร้าน หากต้องการให้ลบข้อมูลออกจากระบบ โปรดแจ้งมาที่อีเมลติดต่อในข้อ 9 เราจะดำเนินการให้ ยกเว้นเอกสารภาษีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ ควรส่งออกข้อมูลเก็บไว้ก่อนปิดบัญชี
Sales, menu and staff data belong to the shop. You can export your data and close the account from Settings. On closure new sign-ins stop immediately, sessions already signed in — browsers and paired tablets alike — stop working within 24 hours, and we stop processing the shop's data. Deletion from our systems is done on request: write to the contact address in section 9 and we will carry it out, except for tax documents the law requires us to retain. Export your data before closing the account.

แอป POS ทำงานได้เมื่อไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต บิลที่ยังไม่ซิงค์จะอยู่ในอุปกรณ์จนกว่าจะเชื่อมต่ออีกครั้ง การรีเซ็ตหรือถอนแอปก่อนซิงค์จะทำให้บิลเหล่านั้นสูญหาย
The POS app works without internet. Unsynced bills live on the device until it reconnects; resetting or uninstalling before they sync loses them.

ใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสาร e-Tax ออกในนามและเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีของร้านเอง ร้านรับผิดชอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลจดทะเบียนที่ตั้งไว้
Tax invoices and e-Tax documents are issued under the shop's own name and TIN; the shop is responsible for the registration details it configures.
7. ความพร้อมใช้งานและความรับผิด
7. Availability and liability
บริการให้ตามสภาพ ไม่มีการรับประกันเวลาทำงาน เราสำรองข้อมูลเป็นประจำ แต่ความรับผิดของเราจำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่ร้านชำระในรอบเดือนล่าสุด
The service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We take regular backups, but our liability is capped at the last month's fee paid by the shop.
8. การยกเลิก

ร้านยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อจากหน้าตั้งค่า เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ใช้บริการในทางที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือกระทบผู้ใช้อื่น โดยแจ้งให้ทราบทางอีเมลที่ลงทะเบียนไว้
You may cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in ways that harm other users, with notice to the registered email.
