KruaDee is a point-of-sale system for restaurants, used only by staff of subscribing merchants. There is no public sign-up: a tablet must be paired with an existing merchant account before it can be used.

Staff usernames and bcrypt-hashed PINs; sales records (items, amounts, tender, time, table); and a locally generated device UUID used only to identify the terminal to its own merchant.

The camera is used solely to scan a pairing QR code. Frames are processed on-device, never stored and never transmitted.

Card payments are handled by a Stripe card reader. No cardholder data passes through or is stored by the app — it sees only the outcome and a transaction reference.

No cross-app or cross-site tracking, no advertising, no sale of data, no location, contacts or photo library access, and no digital purchases.

Data is stored on KruaDee servers with per-merchant row-level security. All connections use HTTPS; locally cached PIN hashes are AES-GCM encrypted to support offline login.

A shop that turns on its membership program can sign customers up at the till by phone number to earn points on what they pay. The shop is the data controller for its members; KruaDee processes this data only on the shop's behalf, and a customer is signed up only after giving consent to staff at the till. Stored: phone number, an optional nickname, points balance, points history (bill reference, amounts, branch, time) and a consent record (text version, time, recording staff). Not stored: real name, birthday, email, LINE, or items purchased. The till always shows a masked phone number; the full number is visible only to managers, owners and admins in the back office. A customer may ask the shop to delete them at any time; deleting a member in the back office permanently erases the phone number, nickname, points and points history.

The app offers no account creation. Staff accounts are created and removed by the merchant's manager in the back office. For deletion requests, contact your employer or us directly.

Messages to our LINE account @kruadee are answered by an automated assistant that uses Anthropic's AI service to process them. We keep the messages, and any shop name or phone number you give us so the team can call back, for at most 90 days, then delete them automatically. Type "คุยกับทีมงาน" at any time to reach a person.

The assistant keeps a one-sentence summary of the conversation, the shop type you picked and an interest label, so the team can follow up. These are kept with your LINE display name and deleted on request.
